2. USE OF PAYHIP


We use Payhip as the platform for selling and processing our services.

When you access or use the Payhip shop, Payhip processes personal data in accordance with its own privacy policy.


In connection with an order, the following data may in particular be processed:


- email address,

- country,

- payment and transaction information,

- information about the purchased product or service,

- PlayStation Network name (PSN name),

- date and time of the order, and

- other technical information required to process the order.


Data required to perform the contract is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.


Where processing is necessary to comply with legal obligations, including tax or commercial record-keeping requirements, processing is based on Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.



3. PAYMENT PROCESSING


Payments are processed using the payment service providers available through the Payhip checkout.


When making a payment, personal data may be processed directly by the payment service provider selected by the customer. This may include payment details, transaction information and other information required to process the payment.


We generally receive only the payment and transaction information necessary to identify and process the order.


The privacy policies of the respective payment service providers also apply to their processing activities.



4. PLAYSTATION NETWORK NAME AND PRIORITY QUEUE


When purchasing Priority Queue access, the PlayStation Network name provided during checkout is processed.


The PSN name is required to assign the purchased Priority Queue access to the intended player account and activate the corresponding access period.


Processing is necessary for the performance of the contract and is therefore based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.


Customers purchasing Priority Queue access as a gift must provide the PSN name of the intended recipient.



5. AUTOMATED PROCESSING OF ORDERS


Following a successful purchase, certain order information is automatically transmitted to our own technical system in order to activate the purchased Priority Queue access.


In particular, the system processes:


- the provided PSN name,

- transaction identifier,

- product and variant identifiers,

- the purchased variant,

- the duration of the purchased Priority Queue access,

- processing timestamps, and

- the start and expiry time of the Priority Queue access.


Under the current technical implementation, the buyer's email address and country are not stored in the database of this system.


Processing is necessary for the automated performance of the purchased service and is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.



6. SERVER HOSTING


The technical system used to process and activate Priority Queue purchases is hosted on a virtual server operated by:

The server processes the information necessary to provide the purchased service.


Technical connection and log data may additionally be processed where necessary for the secure and reliable operation of the server.


Contract-related processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.


Processing necessary for the security and reliable operation of our technical infrastructure is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of our systems.



7. STORAGE PERIOD


Personal data is stored only for as long as necessary for the respective processing purpose.


Where statutory retention obligations apply, particularly under tax or commercial law, the relevant data may be retained for the legally required period.


Once the respective purpose and any applicable statutory retention obligations cease to apply, the data will be deleted unless another legal basis permits continued storage.



8. YOUR RIGHTS


Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:


- right of access pursuant to Art. 15 GDPR,

- right to rectification pursuant to Art. 16 GDPR,

- right to erasure pursuant to Art. 17 GDPR,

- right to restriction of processing pursuant to Art. 18 GDPR,

- right to data portability pursuant to Art. 20 GDPR, and

- right to object pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR.


Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future pursuant to Art. 7(3) GDPR.



9. RIGHT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT


Pursuant to Art. 77 GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data infringes the GDPR.



10. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY


We may update this Privacy Policy if our services, technical systems or applicable legal requirements change.
