We suggest using the following rules for playing Tool cards:

1. Tool cards reside in your Reinforcement Deck as usual and count toward its total of 25 (see Game Rule Changes).
2. You cannot have more than 3 Tool cards with the same name in your Reinforcement Deck.
3. You can only put in play 1 Tool card during your Mission Phase.
4. Tool cards reside in your Village where they can be equipped to a Ninja during your Mission Phase only.
5. You can only equip 1 Tool card per turn to 1 of your Ninjas.
6. You can only unequip 1 Tool card per turn from 1 of your Ninjas.
7. For a Tool effect to resolve, its wielder (the Ninja to which it is equipped) must still be in play during that effect's resolution.
8. When Tool cards leave play, they go in your Removed From Game (RFG) area.

Keywords and card effects always take precedence and can override the Tool card rules listed above.
