Hi, I'm Talibah, the owner of Branch of Life Wellbeing. I've been cooking and baking since I was a little girl, learning family recipes from my grandmother. As I grew older, my passion for food only grew stronger. I found joy in expressing my love for people through the meals and baked goods I created. Seeing the happiness on people's faces as they enjoyed my creations warmed my heart and inspired me to continue cooking.
Despite facing some challenges in my personal life, including being a single mom of four and struggling with various health issues, I found solace in baking bread. It became a form of therapy for me, a way to relieve stress and find peace of mind. I wanted to share this experience with others, so I created a course called "Bread Therapy." Through this course, I teach individuals how to bake bread and use it as a form of therapy to reduce stress and improve mental wellbeing.
I founded Branch of Life Wellbeing with the vision of creating a world where everyone can achieve a peaceful and balanced mind, free from stress and anxiety. Our mission is to provide accessible and effective guided meditation and mindfulness practices, as well as bread therapy services, to individuals looking to reduce stress and improve their mental health. We also offer related products such as meditation cushions, aromatherapy diffusers, and herbal teas to support relaxation and mindfulness.
My passion for food and my desire to connect with others through it has led me to where I am today. I am committed to helping others find the same sense of healing and joy that I have found through baking and cooking. I believe that mental wellbeing is essential to living a fulfilling life, and I am determined to make a positive impact in the world through Branch of Life Wellbeing.
