For signed copies and items that Cat keeps in stock - Cat will package these up and get them shipped within 3 business days from order receipt.

E-Books will be delivered via bookfunnel the same day they are purchased. Please keep an eye out for an email from bookfunnel. Their are also instructions on your e-book receipt.

Print On Demand Books are printed and shipped via BookVault. As Bookvault updates Cat on the process, she will update the order information. Books are typically printed within 7 working days and shipped soon after. In July, Bookvault will be opening US printing facilities which should improve shipping time. At the moment, books are shipped from the UK and can take up to two weeks to arrive after printing.

Refunds and exchanges are not offered on any book, audiobook, or character art purchases.

If you receive the wrong item by mistake, Cat will work with you to ensure you receive the correct item.

Cat will not resell or share your personal information or order history with any vendors other than payhip, bookfunnel, and Stripe/Paypal to process your order.
