I have self coached myself throughout my entire career and have absorbed as much information as possible to do so. Along the way I have gained lots of experience leading classes, running online team programs and working with a variety of individuals.
I specializes in strength and conditioning coaching with a particular passion for olympic weightlifting. I believes in a holistic approach to training and focus on various facets such as nutrition, supplementation, visualization, mindset, and programming to help clients achieve their goals.
