FREE 30 Min Weekly Yoga Flows on Zoom

Hi there!


I would love for you to join me for live classes on Zoom. Classes are currently scheduled once per week. I hope to see you there.


Take 30 minutes for yourself during this live Zoom yoga practice that includes a full body flow to energize your day.


Start with a simple warm up, then bring in some challenge with a main flow before cooling back down again.

🧘WHO: All levels welcome. Your video can be on or off.


This is a FREE or pay-what-you-want class. No payment is expected or required. However, if you are feeling generous you can support my hobby fund when you register.


Replays & Membership

Replays are not included with the weekly Zoom live classes, but the class recordings will be available in the class library along with other pre-recorded classes to support your daily yoga goals. The class library will be available soon to members only. You will have the opportunity to become a member for $25/month auto-pay. No commitment, cancel any time.

How It Works:

1. Sign up on the schedule page HERE

2. The confirmation email will have your Zoom link to use when class begins (plus you'll get an email reminder 15 mins before class starts)

3. Click the Zoom link in your email before the start time.

  • If you have the Zoom app downloaded on your device, you can choose to join through the app.
  • If you do NOT have the Zoom app on your device, you can choose to join the meeting through the web browser.

4. You’ll be admitted from the “waiting room” at the time of class.

5. Your video can be on or off. All participants will be muted when class begins. Practice along and enjoy.

ABOUT YOGA TEACHER CHRISTIANA

Christiana Hardege, 200 Hour CYT, is an online vinyasa (flow-style) yoga teacher who helps students feel comfortable and confident on the yoga mat. After going through her own health transformation, she discovered how powerful and encouraging movement could be when it’s approached with patience, curiosity, and self-compassion. She creates accessible, thoughtfully paced classes designed to meet students where they are. Her teaching style emphasizes clear guidance, options, and reminders that there is no “right” way to practice - only what feels supportive for your body. Christiana’s goal is to help students move, breathe, and feel better without pressure, perfection, or comparison.
