4. How will I receive my purchase?
After your payment is successfully completed, you will be taken to a download page where you can access your purchased files.
Payhip will also send a purchase confirmation email to the email address you provided during checkout. This email contains a link to your download page.
Please check your email for your download link and save the email for future reference. If you cannot find it, check your spam, junk, or promotions folder.
If you still cannot locate your email or download link, please contact us through our Contact page for assistance.
5. How many times can I download my purchase?
Each digital file has a limit of 5 download attempts. This limit applies to attempts to download the file, not necessarily five successfully completed downloads.
Please download your purchased files promptly and save backup copies in a safe place, such as your computer and a separate storage device or cloud storage.
Once the five-attempt limit has been reached, the download link will no longer allow additional downloads unless the download limit is reset.
If you lose your downloaded files or reach the download limit, additional access is not guaranteed. You may need to purchase the product again. Please keep your downloaded copies safe, as we may not be able to restore access.
6. Do I need to print the products?
Not always! Some products can be enjoyed digitally, while others are designed for printing. Please read the individual product description to find out how the product is intended to be used.
7. What file formats are included?
The available file formats and included files will be listed in each product description. Please review the listing before purchasing to make sure the files meet your needs.
8. Can I print the products at home?
If a product is designed for printing, you may print it for personal use. Printing quality may vary depending on your printer, paper, ink, and print settings.

Theely & Theo’s original stories, characters, illustrations, and related creative content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership or grant permission to reproduce, publish, share, or sell its contents beyond the permitted personal use.
