All ConstructPacks UK digital products are supplied under the following licence unless alternative terms are expressly stated at the time of purchase.

1. Licence Granted

Purchase of a ConstructPacks UK product grants the purchasing individual or organisation a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use, edit and adapt the purchased documents for their own legitimate business and project activities.

The purchaser does not acquire ownership of the underlying templates or intellectual property.

2. Permitted Use

The purchaser may edit and customise the documents, add their own company branding, incorporate project-specific information and use the resulting documents across their own construction projects.

Completed or project-specific documents may be issued to relevant clients, consultants, contractors, designers, regulators, Building Control bodies and other project stakeholders where reasonably necessary for delivery of the project.

3. Internal Company Use

Where a product is purchased by or on behalf of an organisation, it may be used internally by employees and members of that organisation's project teams for the organisation's own projects.

The original blank templates must not be supplied to unrelated organisations for their independent use.

4. Prohibited Use

You must not resell, redistribute, sublicense or commercially share the original templates; upload them to public websites, file-sharing services or template libraries; sell modified versions as templates or document packs; use them to create a competing template product; or provide the editable source files to third parties for their independent use.

5. Consultants and Project Teams

Project-specific versions may be shared with professional advisers and project stakeholders where necessary for legitimate project delivery.

This does not grant those parties a separate licence to retain the original templates and use them independently on unrelated projects.

6. Intellectual Property

Copyright and all applicable intellectual property rights in the original ConstructPacks UK templates, document structures, trackers, graphics and supporting materials remain with ConstructPacks UK.

Editing a document, adding company branding or removing ConstructPacks UK branding for legitimate project use does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

7. Responsibility for Use

All documents must be reviewed and adapted by a competent person before use.

The licence does not represent a guarantee that a document is suitable for a particular project or that its use will result in regulatory, contractual, Building Control or Building Safety Regulator approval.

8. Licence Breach

Use of ConstructPacks UK products outside the permissions set out above may constitute a breach of this licence and applicable intellectual property rights.
