ConstructPacks UK supplies downloadable digital products. We want customers to be satisfied with their purchase and will deal fairly with any problems relating to our products.

1. Digital Downloads

Our products are supplied electronically and are available for download following purchase.

Where a customer expressly agrees to the immediate supply of digital content and acknowledges that this means losing their statutory 14-day cancellation right, that cancellation right is lost once supply of the digital content has begun.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

2. Faulty or Incorrect Files

If a file is corrupted, incomplete, materially different from its description, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us and we will investigate the issue.

Where appropriate, we may provide a replacement file, correction or refund.

3. Change of Mind

Because our products are downloadable digital content which can be accessed immediately, we do not normally provide refunds simply because a customer changes their mind after the digital content has been supplied, where the applicable requirements for immediate supply and loss of the cancellation right have been met.

4. Product Suitability

Customers should review the product description and available preview material before purchasing.

ConstructPacks UK products are professional templates and management tools intended to provide a structured starting point. They must be reviewed and adapted by a competent person to suit the specific project, organisation and circumstances.

A refund will not normally be provided because a template requires project-specific modification or because it does not guarantee a particular regulatory, contractual or project outcome.

5. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us. Once verified, we will normally refund the duplicate transaction.

6. Requesting Assistance or a Refund

If you experience a problem with your purchase, please contact ConstructPacks UK through the contact details provided on this website, quoting your order details and explaining the issue.

Where a refund is legally required, or where we agree that a refund is appropriate, it will be processed through the original payment method.

7. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK consumer law.

That last clause is important. UK rules require specific consent/acknowledgement before an instant digital download causes the consumer to lose the 14-day cancellation right; if that process isn't followed, the consumer can retain the cancellation right.
