Terms & Conditions

Last updated: October 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to digital products purchased from ConstructPacks UK. By purchasing and downloading a product, you agree to the terms below.

1. Digital Products

ConstructPacks UK supplies downloadable construction templates, trackers, procedures, checklists and related digital resources. Products are supplied electronically in the file formats stated on the relevant product page.

No physical product will be supplied.

2. Professional Templates

Our products are designed to provide construction professionals with a structured starting point for project documentation.

All documents must be reviewed, developed and adapted by a competent person to reflect the specific project, organisation, contractual arrangements, dutyholder responsibilities, applicable legislation and current regulatory requirements.

ConstructPacks UK products do not constitute legal, regulatory, fire-safety, engineering, building-control or other professional advice.

Use of a template does not guarantee compliance, regulatory acceptance or approval by the Building Safety Regulator, Building Control or any other authority.

3. Licence to Use

Purchase grants the customer a non-exclusive licence to use, edit and adapt the purchased documents for their own organisation and projects, subject to the separate Licence & Usage terms published on this website.

Copyright and intellectual property rights remain with ConstructPacks UK.

Products must not be resold, redistributed, sublicensed, shared publicly or repackaged for sale or distribution as templates or document packs.

4. Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for checking that each document is appropriate and current for its intended use.

Construction legislation, regulations, standards and regulatory guidance can change. Customers must therefore verify requirements applicable at the time the documents are used.

Project-specific professional advice should be obtained where required.

5. Digital Delivery

Digital products are normally made available for download following successful payment.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining suitable software and systems to access the supplied file formats.

If you experience a genuine problem accessing your purchase, please contact us through the Contact page.

6. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed on the product page and may be changed at any time. Any price change will not affect an order already completed.

Payment is processed through the payment methods made available at checkout.

7. Refunds

Due to the nature of downloadable digital products, refund and cancellation rights may be affected once digital content has been supplied or downloading has begun, subject always to applicable consumer law.

Please see our separate Refund Policy for further information. Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Intellectual Property

All original templates, layouts, wording, trackers, branding and other materials supplied by ConstructPacks UK remain protected by applicable intellectual property rights.

Removing ConstructPacks UK branding from an editable document for legitimate use within your own project or organisation does not transfer ownership of the underlying template or intellectual property.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Subject to applicable law, ConstructPacks UK is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on a template without appropriate project-specific review, incorrect or inappropriate use of the documents, subsequent changes to legislation or guidance, or decisions made by regulators, building control bodies, clients or other third parties.

10. Changes to Products and Terms

We may update our products and these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in legislation, guidance, industry practice or our services.

The version supplied at the time of purchase remains the customer's responsibility to review for suitability when subsequently used.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights or jurisdictional protections that apply to the customer.

12. Contact

If you have a question regarding a purchase or these terms, please contact ConstructPacks UK using the Contact page on this website.
