Digital Desk Studio — Digital Downloads & Refund Policy

1. Digital products

Digital Desk Studio sells downloadable digital products, including Excel spreadsheets, business trackers and productivity templates.

Our products are supplied electronically through Payhip. No physical products are shipped.

2. Delivery of digital products

Following successful payment, customers are provided with access to their purchased digital files, normally immediately, through the checkout confirmation page and/or a download email.

3. Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers normally have 14 days from entering into a contract for digital content to cancel without giving a reason.

Because our products are designed for immediate download, we will ask you before purchase to:

• Give your express consent to receive the digital content immediately, before the end of the 14-day cancellation period.
• Acknowledge that you will lose your statutory right to cancel once supply of the digital content begins.

Where both requirements have been met and supply has begun, the statutory 14-day cancellation right will no longer apply.

If the required consent, acknowledgement or confirmation has not been provided, your statutory cancellation rights may continue to apply.

To request cancellation where you are legally entitled to cancel, please email us with your order details.

4. Refunds and faulty products

We do not generally offer change-of-mind refunds once a digital product has been supplied following the legally required consent and acknowledgement.

However, this does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

If a digital product is faulty, not as described or does not meet applicable legal quality requirements, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or price reduction, which may include a refund.

Please contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.

5. Technical assistance

If your download link is not working, your purchased file is missing or you cannot open the file, please email us.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the problem, including providing a replacement download where appropriate.

Please check the product description for software compatibility and file-format information before purchasing.
