1. About Digital Desk Studio
Digital Desk Studio is a UK-based digital products business operated by Samuel Barrett as a sole trader.
We create and sell downloadable Excel spreadsheets, business trackers, productivity templates and related digital resources.
Our full business identity, correspondence address and contact information are available on our Business Information page:
https://payhip.com/DigitalDeskStudio27/business-information
2. Our products
All products sold through Digital Desk Studio are digital downloads unless otherwise stated.
No physical products are supplied.
Each product listing describes the files included, their intended purpose and any relevant software requirements.
Customers should review this information before purchasing.
3. Prices and payment
All product prices are displayed on our Payhip storefront.
The total price payable will be shown during checkout, including any applicable taxes or charges.
Payments are processed securely through Payhip and its supported payment providers.
Each product is a one-time purchase unless its listing expressly states otherwise. Purchasing a downloadable template does not automatically create a recurring subscription.
4. Digital product delivery
Following successful payment, customers will normally receive immediate access to their purchased files through Payhip's download system.
A purchase confirmation and download information will also normally be provided by email.
Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address during checkout.
If a customer experiences difficulty accessing a purchased file, they should contact us using the support email provided below.
5. Product licence and permitted use
When purchasing a Digital Desk Studio product, customers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased files for their own personal purposes or internal business activities.
Customers may:
- Download and use the purchased templates.
- Enter, edit and customise information for their own purposes.
- Make reasonable backup copies for their own use.
Customers may not:
- Resell, redistribute or share the original template files with third parties.
- Upload the templates to another marketplace or file-sharing website.
- Claim the original template designs as their own for commercial resale.
Ownership of the underlying template designs remains with Digital Desk Studio, subject to any applicable third-party rights.
6. Software compatibility
Our products may require compatible spreadsheet software, including appropriate versions of Microsoft Excel.
Compatibility requirements will be described in the relevant product listing.
Some features, formulas or formatting may not work identically in alternative spreadsheet applications.
Customers should check the stated requirements before purchasing.
7. Refunds and cancellations
Customers have statutory cancellation rights under applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
For digital content supplied immediately, the normal 14-day cancellation right may be lost once supply begins, provided the customer has expressly consented to immediate supply and acknowledged that this will result in losing the cancellation right.
If these legal requirements have not been satisfied, statutory cancellation rights may continue to apply.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits customers' statutory rights where digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet applicable consumer protection requirements.
Full details are available in our Digital Downloads & Refund Policy:

8. Product functionality and limitations
Our spreadsheets and digital templates are intended to support general business organisation, record-keeping and productivity.
We aim to provide products that function as described in their listings.
Individual business results will depend on how customers use the products. We do not guarantee increased sales, revenue, profitability or particular business outcomes.
Our templates do not constitute professional financial, accounting, tax or legal advice.
Nothing in this section excludes or restricts our statutory obligations regarding the quality, description or fitness for purpose of digital content.
9. Technical support
If customers experience problems downloading, opening or using a product, they may contact us by email.
We aim to respond within two working days.
Where a purchased product is faulty or does not function as described, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.
10. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the original designs, layouts, instructions and other original materials included in Digital Desk Studio products are owned by Digital Desk Studio.
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer copyright or other intellectual property ownership to the customer.
The licence granted under Section 5 permits use of the product within the stated conditions.
11. Changes to products and these terms
We may update our product range, descriptions and Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Changes to these terms will not retrospectively remove rights or benefits already agreed with customers.
Any material changes will apply to future purchases unless otherwise lawfully agreed.
12. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections applicable to customers in other jurisdictions.
