I’ve been a professional IT Consultant since 1984. Since that time, I have worked with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, helping clients implement these highly integrated complex systems in their organizations. 

For the first half of my career I worked within the Software Vendor industry, covering many roles in ERP project delivery, from Technical and Functional consulting through Project Management and Programme Management. In 2013 I set up as an independent ERP Project Manager and have been providing client-side project management services on their ERP implementations since then. And I have experience implementing ERP across multiple industry sectors as well as multiple ERP platforms. 

I see my role as being that of Guide and Mentor, bringing my experience to bear on daily project challenges, in order to ensure a successful outcome for my clients. I believe in maintaining a positive mindset, creating mutually respectful partnerships, and always striving to provide significant value from my client engagements.
