These Terms & Conditions apply when you purchase products from our online shop.

About Our Shop

This is a small independent art shop run my my Dad and I selling items featuring original artwork and designs.

Products

We make every effort to describe and photograph our products accurately.

However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device settings or the printing/manufacturing process.

Small variations in colour, positioning or finish may therefore occur and are not necessarily considered faults.

Measurements and sizes shown on product pages are approximate unless stated

otherwise.

Prices

All prices are displayed on the product page before you purchase.

Any applicable delivery charges will be shown during checkout before payment is completed.

For international customers, additional customs charges, import VAT, duties or handling fees may be payable to authorities or delivery companies in the destination country.

Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order can be processed.

You should receive an order confirmation using the email address supplied during checkout.

Please check the details of your order carefully and contact us as soon as possible if anything is incorrect.

Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Occasionally an item may become unavailable after an order has been placed.

If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund the amount paid for the unavailable item.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through the payment methods offered through our Payhip checkout.

We do not directly receive or store your complete payment-card details.

Shipping costs and available delivery destinations are displayed during checkout.

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address.

Cancellations and Returns

Your rights to cancel an order, return products and request refunds are explained in our Refund & Returns Policy.

For most goods purchased online by UK consumers, you normally have the right to tell us that you wish to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to applicable exceptions.

Personalised or custom-made products may not qualify for the normal change-of-mind cancellation right.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights relating to products that are faulty, damaged or not as described.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the artwork, illustrations, designs, photographs, logos and other creative content displayed on this shop remain the intellectual property of their respective creator or owner.

Purchasing a physical product does not transfer ownership of the artwork or copyright to the buyer.

Products purchased from the shop are for personal use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Artwork and designs may not be copied, reproduced, scanned, digitally distributed, resold as artwork, used commercially, or used to create other products without permission from the copyright owner.

Resale

You may give or resell a physical item that you have legally purchased.

However, purchasing the item does not give you permission to reproduce the artwork or manufacture additional products using the design.

Personalised Products

Where personalised or custom-made products are offered, customers are responsible for checking information such as names, wording, colours or other requested details before submitting the order.

We are not responsible for errors in personalised products where the product has been produced correctly according to the information supplied by the customer.

This does not affect your rights if the product itself is faulty or does not match what was ordered.

Problems With an Order

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve genuine issues involving damaged, faulty, incorrect or missing products.

Website and Product Information

We try to ensure that the information on our shop is accurate and up to date.

Occasionally there may be errors in product descriptions, pricing, availability or other information. Where an obvious error has occurred, we reserve the right to correct it.

If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before proceeding wherever appropriate.

Customer information is used only as necessary to process orders, provide customer service and operate the shop, together with any other uses explained in our Privacy Policy or Payhip's applicable privacy arrangements.

We will not sell customers' personal information.

Any changes will apply to orders placed after the updated terms are published. The terms applicable when an order was placed will continue to apply to that order.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

If any provision of these Terms conflicts with mandatory consumer law, the applicable consumer law will take priority.
