Welcome to EJECT SYSTEMS. These Terms & Conditions apply when you access our website, contact us or purchase products from EJECT SYSTEMS by placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

1. RIGHT TO REFUSE OR CANCEL ORDERS

EJECT SYSTEMS reserves the right to refuse an order or decline to enter into a transaction where there is a legitimate reason to do so.

Where an order has already been paid for and EJECT SYSTEMS cancels it before fulfilment, any amount due will be refunded in accordance with applicable law. We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as reasonably possible. Minor differences in colour, positioning, appearance or sizing may occur because of manufacturing processes, different garment sizes, lighting and screen settings. These variations do not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet legal requirements.

3. ORDERS

Placing an order does not guarantee that it will be accepted.

After an order is successfully placed, you should receive an order confirmation through our checkout/payment system.

We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

• A product is unavailable

• Payment has not been successfully completed

• Pricing or product information contains an obvious error

• We reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised payment activity

• Delivery cannot be completed to the supplied address

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the appropriate amount will be refunded.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order can be processed.

Please follow the care instructions supplied with your garment.

Damage resulting from misuse, accidental damage or inappropriate washing or care may not constitute a product fault.

This does not affect your rights where an item is genuinely faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal standards.

8. WEBSITE CONTENT

Product descriptions, photographs, branding and other website content are provided for general information and to describe the products offered by EJECT SYSTEMS.

We may update, correct or change website content where necessary.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, EJECT SYSTEMS branding, original graphics, product designs, photographs, written content and other original materials belong to EJECT SYSTEMS or are used with appropriate permission.
