What is Well-being?
Well-being is a common word now, yet means different things to different people, it also gets spelt different ways too!!
For me, the 7 areas below really sum up well-being and whilst all might not be perfect, if you are running at a middle of the road average level on most you are getting by. In reality, some will be low for you and others high, so they average out. However, some really influence each other, especially the top 3 but they all have an impact on you over all life and quality of life, at that time, it doesn’t have to stay that way.

Any surprises with your score? Where can you take action
Well-being is about achieving a state where these different aspects of life are in harmony, contributing to overall happiness, life satisfaction, and the ability to thrive.
Well-being is a holistic concept that encompasses the overall quality of life and satisfaction experienced by an individual. It involves a balance of physical, mental, emotional, and social health.
I talk a lot about supporting your well-being, helping your well-being and helping you improve your well-being. It’s not a destination, it really is a journey because our well-being grows, changes, developments and moves with us as we age and life changes. Sometimes, we don’t keep up!
We can be aware but what action are you taking, what action are you taking to help others with their well-being?
