As a Womens Fitness and Mindset Coach, I specialise in empowering busy, high achieving women like you to transform from battling insecurities, fear, doubt to creating a loving & strong relationship with their bodies. 


My mission is to help you feel confident AF inside out, whether you're in the gym, on a date or simply navigating every day life - work, relationships and personal. 


With 8 years of training experience, I've certainly faced my fair of struggles. 

Growing up Asian, I felt relentless pressures from society & cultural norms to be skinny and eat less, it led me to have a poor relationship with food, body image issues & lack of confidence. Putting my body through extreme dieting phases & I've made plenty of mistakes & suffered the consequences. 


But weight training CHANGED my life, it was the catalyst to gaining strength in the mind and body. 

Along with education, coaching and learning on how to adopt a sustainable eating approach. As a result, I am much happier, the healthiest and strongest I've ever been and the confidence gained has carried into other areas of my personal and professional life.


Now, I'm here to pass down the tools & knowledge I've gained with you so that you too can experience this empowering life changing journey. 


If a once incredibly shy, insecure girl like me can become a strong, independent confident woman, so can you! 


I am a huge mental health advocate, and my coaching philosophy revolves around mindset work. I understand the societal pressure & cultural upbringing that we face as women.


What has helped me and many women I've had the privilege to coach is a mindset shift which is crucial for rewiring our narratives to not only achieve our fitness goals but to have the strength to be in control of our lives and achieve lasting changes and results we're proud of - NOT quick fixes! 

This is what I've mastered over my 8 year journey of being in the fitness industry as an in person trainer and online space.

My Qualifications 

- Bachelor of Science Degree, specialising in Anatomy and Physiology. 

- Clean Health Performance Nutrition Coach 

- Applied Women Health Physiology & Training - Menstrual Cycle Course 


I have also been very honoured to be mentored by the Australian Strength Coach. With a Science background, my approach to coaching is evidence-based.
