Kristen Burrus is a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT) and Licensed Master Addiction Counselor (LMAC), and the founder of Enlighten Services, a private practice in Overland Park, Kansas. Her work focuses on emotional regulation, self-understanding, and helping people build clearer, more honest relationships — with themselves and with the people they love. The workbooks and worksheets in this shop grew out of the same tools she uses in session, made available so you can return to them anytime you need.
