Hi, I’m Josh Fuller, the coach behind Fuller Fitness. I’m a husband, father, fitness model, and lifelong athlete who turned my passion for training into a mission to help others build strength, confidence, and discipline that lasts a lifetime.


I know what it’s like to balance family, career, and fitness — and I created Fuller Fitness to give busy people practical, results-driven systems that actually fit into real life. My programs are designed to help you build muscle, burn fat, and stay consistent, whether you’re stepping into the gym for the first time, training at home with minimal equipment, or pushing for elite results.


With over a decade of experience in fitness, coaching, and competing — plus the perspective of being a dad myself — I’ve built Fuller Fitness around three pillars: faith, family, and fitness.
