GoneAwool came into being when accessories designer, Suzanne Ellsmore, began exploring the world of yarn and the wellbeing benefits of knitting and crafting in general. 

Suzanne believes passionately that yarn crafts should be available to all and that no matter who you are, whatever your background or where you are on your own yarn adventures, you should be able to create stunning makes from her patterns whether you are a beginner or a more seasoned crafter. 

She is also an avid supporter of fellow creatives and yarn related small business, and tries to use Indie Dyed yarns wherever possible in her samples and commissioned designs. However, all her patterns show yarn meterage requirements so that any yarn can be used.
