When is the deadline to place an order?
All changes must be made by Thursday at midnight PST for your program the following the Sunday.
What time is pick-up on Sunday?
Pick-up from 11am-5pm, if you can not make the following time frame please communicate and we will adjust accordingly.
When is the deadline for weekly customer customizations?
For accurate order processing, kindly submit all customizations by 3 pm Friday.
How long do the meals last?
At Gourmetlashay, we prepare your meals freshly with no artificial preservatives. This means that your Gourmetlashay meals should last about 7 days, but please take note, this can vary. All of your meals are labeled with the ‘use by’ date, so you can be sure. We recommend that if you are unable to consume your meal by the last date on the label, you freeze it and reheat from frozen when you’re ready to enjoy it.
What are the calorie counts for the different goals?
While calorie counts vary per meal, in general these are the estimates:
Lose Weight: 400-500 Calories
Maintain Weight: 500-650 Calories
Gain Weight: 600-750 Calories
Where is the pick-up location?
Pick-up location is in North Hollywood and will be texted to you once meals are paid for.
