I'm Mark Fenton, a Non-Executive Director and Principal Consultant at Governance Bureau. I'm a Fellow of both the Australian Institute of Company Directors and CPA Australia, with more than 27 years of finance and governance experience.

My background includes wider CFO roles spanning finance and IT across six organisations, including property and quality audit through the NDIS transition at one of Australia's largest disability service providers.

I hold current and past Audit & Risk Committee chair and membership roles across performing arts, education, membership services, mental health, government advisory, supportive housing, disability services, and aged care — including extensive experience as a Board Chair.
