Terms of Service
Effective date: 1 August 2026
Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the HAIOS™ online store, digital products, downloadable files, and related customer-support services.
The store is operated by Saleem Alotaibi under the HAIOS™ name.
By visiting the store, purchasing a product, downloading a file, creating a customer account, or otherwise using the store, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase, download, access, or use the products.
Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
Where a purchase is made on behalf of an organization, company, institution, or other legal entity, the person completing the purchase confirms that they have authority to bind that entity to these terms.
The products are intended primarily for adults, professionals, consultants, managers, trainers, researchers, entrepreneurs, students under appropriate supervision, and organizations.
Products and Services
HAIOS™ provides digital products that may include:
- Books and publications.
- Professional toolkits.
- Templates and editable documents.
- Workbooks and practical frameworks.
- PDF, DOCX, ZIP, RAR, image, spreadsheet, and other downloadable files.
- Product updates or replacement files.
- Other digital learning and professional resources.
The exact contents of each purchase are defined by the product title, description, preview images, included-file list, and any stated licence conditions displayed at the time of purchase.
Unless expressly stated in the product description, a purchase does not include consulting, customization, implementation, accreditation, certification, training delivery, technical support beyond reasonable order assistance, or future products.
Orders and Payment
Customers are responsible for reviewing the product title, language, edition, description, included files, price, technical requirements, and licence conditions before purchasing.
Payments are processed through Payhip and connected payment providers, including PayPal or other available payment methods.
An order is accepted after successful payment authorization and confirmation.
We may cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary because of:
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment.
- Pricing, technical, or listing errors.
- Violation of these terms.
- Legal, regulatory, security, or platform requirements.
- Prohibited or abusive activity.
Where a paid order is cancelled by us without delivery, the appropriate payment will be refunded through the original payment method.
Digital Delivery
Digital products are normally delivered through:
- A download page displayed after payment.
- A download link sent to the customer’s email address.
- A Payhip customer account, where available.
- A replacement or updated download link provided through customer support.
Customers are responsible for entering a correct and accessible email address and for checking spam, promotions, and filtered-email folders.
Customers should download and securely retain their purchased files within the available download limit.
Temporary delays caused by payment verification, email delivery, platform maintenance, internet connectivity, or third-party services do not automatically constitute failure to deliver.
Licence to Use Purchased Products
Unless a product page states different licence conditions, each purchase grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the purchased product for personal or internal professional purposes.
The customer may:
- Read and use the purchased materials.
- Download and retain permitted copies for their own use.
- Edit templates or working files for their own personal, professional, organizational, or client work.
- Use the frameworks and tools to support lawful internal projects and professional activities.
- Create original outputs using the purchased resources as working aids.
The customer does not acquire ownership of the product, its intellectual property, the HAIOS™ framework, trademarks, branding, source material, or underlying design.
Prohibited Uses
Without prior written permission, customers must not:
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent, publish, upload, share, or give away the purchased files.
- Make the original files available through websites, shared drives, file-sharing platforms, repositories, messaging groups, learning platforms, or databases.
- Claim authorship, ownership, or exclusive rights over HAIOS™ products or materials.
- Remove or obscure copyright, trademark, attribution, licence, or ownership notices.
- Copy substantial parts of a product to create a competing book, toolkit, course, template library, operating system, commercial package, or derivative product.
- Use the products to train, fine-tune, populate, or commercially distribute an artificial-intelligence model, dataset, knowledge base, or automated content service that reproduces or exposes the original material.
- Use the products for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, harmful, discriminatory, or rights-infringing purposes.
- Circumvent access controls, download limits, security controls, or technical restrictions.
- Share one individual purchase among multiple unrelated users or organizations.
A separate organizational, team, redistribution, publishing, training-provider, or commercial licensing agreement may be required for wider use.
Client and Organizational Use
Editable templates and tools may be used to prepare original work for the customer’s own employer, organization, or clients, provided that:
- The original purchased files are not transferred or redistributed.
- The customer adds their own analysis, decisions, content, and professional work.
- The resulting deliverable does not expose or reproduce substantial parts of the original product.
- HAIOS™ intellectual property is not presented as belonging to the customer or another party.
- The use complies with confidentiality, intellectual-property, and contractual obligations.
Purchasing one copy does not automatically grant enterprise-wide, unlimited-user, resale, white-label, or training-delivery rights.
Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the products and associated materials remain with Saleem Alotaibi and HAIOS™, except for third-party materials expressly identified as belonging to others.
Protected materials may include:
- Text and written content.
- Frameworks, methodologies, structures, and models.
- Templates, tools, workbooks, and checklists.
- Visual designs, diagrams, icons, layouts, and branding.
- Product names, package structures, and documentation.
- HAIOS™ terminology, identity, and trademarks.
No intellectual-property rights are transferred except for the limited licence expressly granted under these terms.
HAIOS™, its name, framework identity, visual identity, and associated branding may not be used to imply endorsement, partnership, certification, accreditation, or authorization without written permission.
Human–AI and Professional Responsibility
HAIOS™ products provide educational, methodological, organizational, and professional-support resources.
They do not replace:
- Human judgment and validation.
- Professional review and approval.
- Legal, financial, medical, engineering, cybersecurity, tax, regulatory, or other specialist advice.
- Organizational governance and decision-making.
- Verification of AI-generated information.
- Compliance with contractual, ethical, legal, and professional obligations.
Customers remain responsible for how they interpret, modify, validate, implement, and use the products and any outputs created with them.
Any artificial-intelligence outputs generated using HAIOS™ methods must be reviewed by appropriately qualified people before being relied upon or delivered.
Product Accuracy and Updates
Reasonable care is taken in preparing and maintaining the products.
However:
- Digital products may contain minor errors, omissions, or formatting differences.
- Software, platforms, laws, standards, artificial-intelligence systems, and professional practices may change.
- Results depend on the user’s context, decisions, skills, implementation, and validation.
- No specific commercial, academic, professional, financial, operational, or performance outcome is guaranteed.
We may correct, revise, replace, or update products at our discretion. A purchase does not guarantee permanent access to every future edition, new product, service, or major upgrade unless expressly stated.
Technical Requirements
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have suitable software, devices, storage, internet access, and technical capability to open and use the disclosed file formats.
Common file formats may require compatible applications such as PDF readers, word-processing software, spreadsheet software, archive-extraction software, or image viewers.
Reasonable assistance may be provided for download or file-access issues, but HAIOS™ is not responsible for unsupported devices, outdated software, local system restrictions, security settings, or third-party application failures.
Refunds
Refunds are governed by the separate Refund Policy published on the store.
Submitting a refund request does not automatically guarantee approval.
Where a refund is approved, the customer’s licence and right to access, retain, reproduce, share, or use the refunded product end, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Customer Accounts and Security
Customers are responsible for:
- Keeping account credentials confidential.
- Protecting access to their email and purchased files.
- Preventing unauthorized use of download links.
- Informing us promptly about suspected account misuse or unauthorized access.
- Providing accurate order and contact information.
We are not responsible for loss caused by a customer voluntarily sharing credentials, files, download links, or access details.
Third-Party Platforms and Services
The store is hosted and technically operated through Payhip. Payments may be processed through PayPal or other connected providers.
Customers may also be subject to the terms, privacy policies, technical requirements, and operating rules of those third-party services.
HAIOS™ does not control third-party system availability, payment processing times, service interruptions, account restrictions, or policy changes.
References or links to third-party websites, tools, software, sources, or services do not necessarily constitute endorsement or responsibility for their content or operation.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, products and store services are provided on an “as available” and “as described” basis.
No guarantee is made that:
- Every product will meet every customer’s individual expectations.
- Files will be compatible with every device or application.
- Use of the products will produce a specific result.
- The store or downloads will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
- All information will remain current indefinitely.
- AI systems used by customers will generate accurate, safe, complete, or suitable outputs.
Mandatory warranties or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Saleem Alotaibi and HAIOS™ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or business losses arising from the purchase or use of the products.
This may include loss of:
- Profits or revenue.
- Business opportunities.
- Data or files.
- Reputation or goodwill.
- Contracts or anticipated savings.
- Time, productivity, or operational continuity.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, total liability relating to a purchased product will ordinarily be limited to the amount paid for that specific product.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Suspension and Termination
Access, licences, downloads, support, or customer accounts may be restricted or terminated where there is reasonable evidence of:
- Unauthorized sharing or redistribution.
- Intellectual-property infringement.
- Fraud, chargeback abuse, or payment misuse.
- Security threats or attempts to bypass technical controls.
- Harassment, threats, or abusive communication.
- Material violation of these terms.
- Activity prohibited by law or Payhip’s platform rules.
Termination does not transfer ownership rights or authorize continued use of unlawfully obtained or distributed materials.
Privacy
Personal information is handled according to the separate Privacy Policy published on the store.
By using the store, customers acknowledge that Payhip and connected payment providers process information required to operate the store, complete transactions, deliver products, maintain security, and comply with applicable obligations.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated when products, business practices, platform functionality, legal obligations, security requirements, or operating arrangements change.
The revised effective date will be displayed at the beginning of the terms.
Changes will apply prospectively unless a different application is legally required.
Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the seller in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without removing any mandatory consumer rights that apply in the customer’s place of residence.
Before starting formal proceedings, the parties should attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith communication.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be submitted to the competent courts of Jordan, unless mandatory applicable law requires another forum or procedure.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with the product description, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any product-specific licence terms, form the agreement relating to the purchase and use of the product.
Where product-specific written licence terms conflict with these general terms, the product-specific terms will apply to that issue.
