United Kingdom
Items will be sent by Royal Mail either by 48 Tracked (2nd class) or 24 Tracked (1st class)
Second Class Postage is as follows:-
0kg-0.01kg = £1.50
0.02kg- 1kg = £2.80
1kg-2kg = £3.50
Over 2kg = £6.50
Royal mail aim to deliver within 2-3 working days.
First Class Postage is as follows:-
0kg-0.01kg = £2.00
0.02kg- 1kg = £3.60
1kg-2kg = £4.30
Over 2kg = £7.50
Royal mail aim to deliver within 1-2 working days.
Please Note:-Parcels that weigh more than 2kg may be sent via a courier.
Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee the delivery times of Royal Mail and we must allow a reasonable amount of time for the parcel to reach you. If it’s been more than 10 days since your order left us, please get in touch and we’ll contact Royal Mail on your behalf.

Turnaround is 2-7 working days plus delivery time (Turnaround maybe longer on some products, this will be stated on the product).
If you need it quickly please let us know before paying to make sure this can do this at the time.

Creating a custom order
To create a custom order and to ensure the best possible outcome with the photo,
Please follow these simple steps:
- Choose the Photo:
Select a high-quality image that captures a special moment or a cherished memory . Ensure the photo is clear and in good resolution to avoid any pixelation or distortion when printed.
- Consider the background and lighting of the photo;
A well-lit and uncluttered background typically results in a clearer and more striking final product.
- Send the Photo:
Send the chosen image via Facebook messenger (you will be automatically sent here) or if you don't have or wish to use messenger then please email photo to hrgiftsandmore@outlook.com
Along with the following details:- Any specific design requests or if there are any specific preferences regarding how the text should be formatted or placed, please include those instructions when sending the image.
- Confirmation
Once we receive your message/email, we will review the photo and confirm if it is suitable for printing. If there are any issues or suggestions, we will get in touch with you.
- Design Process
Based on your instructions, we will create a personalised design
- Proof
We will email you a proof of the design for your approval before we proceed with the production.

Parcels weighing more than 2kg will be tracked and maybe sent via a courier.

We're really sorry that your gift hasn’t arrived in one piece. We know how important it is for your gift to be in perfect condition and we’ll do our best to try and solve the problem.
As we’re an online shop and don’t have a store you can go to, the quickest and easiest way for us to help with a broken/damaged gift is to see a photograph of it.
Please send us an email and upload a photo of the damaged gift.
We will then offer a full refund or send another product out to you.

We’re really sorry that your gift has a spelling mistake. We know how important it is for the personalisation to be spelt correctly however if your gift does arrive with mistakes, we cannot accept responsibility unless the fault was a result of the personalisation process.
Please remember, our personalised gifts are tailor-made for you, so we can only print the message you enter. We, therefore, advise you to double-check any names and messages for potential spelling mistakes.
As we’re an online shop and don’t have a store you can go to, the quickest and easiest way for us to help is to see a photograph of the personalisation and spelling mistakes.
Please send us an email and upload a photo showing the spelling mistake.
Please contact us so we can check your order to see what should have been entered originally.

Please get in touch and we’ll see how we can help. Sometimes we’ll be able to solve the problem over the phone or email, whilst on other occasions we might ask you to send us a photo of the item.
We will accept returns if the item is not personalised and also not damaged within 14 days of product been dispatched. The customer will have to pay the postage to return and once we have received the item back and it is not damaged we will refund you within 24 hours. The postage will not be refunded, you will be refunded the price of product. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns of personalised gifts unless the products are faulty, in which case we will need you to contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please email us hrgiftsandmore@outlook.com along with photos and as much information as possible and then we can either replace it or issue a full refund.
We also have the right to ask for the item back if damaged. If the item is damaged and has been asked to be returned by us then you will need to pay for postage to return so please get proof of postage and send us a copy within 24 hours. Once the item has been returned we will refund you (this includes the item and postage for the return) within 24 hours of receiving the items.
If an item is damaged please email us hrgiftsandmore@outlook.com and we will try to solve the problem.

We’re sorry that you haven’t received a reply yet, we know it’s frustrating.
Have you checked your email junk folder? Sometimes emails are automatically filed in your junk folder (depending upon the email provider you use, this folder may be called ‘spam’) so it’s worth checking there.
We try to reply to emails within 24 hours and we’re sorry if it’s been longer than this. Please get in touch again and we’ll do our best to solve the problem.
