Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

This website is operated by H.R Gifts and More. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to www.hrgifts.co.uk 

  H.R Gifts and More offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. 

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content. 

Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. 

SHOPPING

You can shop via www.hrgifts.co.uk or you can order products online via www.facebook.com/hrgiftsandmore 

When you place an order for a product you are offering to buy it for the price stated. We may refuse to accept an order if;

• We do not receive your payment

• There has been a pricing, discount offer

• products description error

• The ordered products are out of stock or discontinued

• Personalised products contain content which may cause annoyance or inconvenience such as indecent, offensive, racist, pornographic, etc.

In any refusal, we will immediately refund your credit card for the total amount debited where your credit card has been charged.

PAYMENT

You must pay for your order before it is delivered and you can do so by credit card, debit card or through PayPal.  

We use the latest security measures to protect your details when you shop with us. We use 256-bit SSL Software to encrypt your information when you visit and place an order on our secure server.

AVAILABILITY

We try to keep our site up to date, however, we cannot guarantee that all our products will always be in stock. If an item is out of stock, we will aim to deliver within 28 days. If we cannot dispatch an item to you within 28 days, you can request a cancellation and we will cancel the order and refund your money in full.

DELIVERY

We deliver to destinations within the UK. We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address that you gave us during your order process. We endeavour to dispatch goods on the day we specify within the product page, however, we cannot guarantee dispatch on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside specified lead times. Dispatch times shown on the product description pages are indicative only, and may vary during peak times or if the item is out of stock.

Orders will be dispatched with your chosen delivery method or for larger parcels a tracked service at the discretion of us. Goods returned described as undeliverable or not called for, will be subject to a redelivery charge. We reserve the right to wait up to 10 working days from the date of dispatch before replacing an undelivered item. If you do not receive your order within 28 days from the ordered date, we do not take liability unless you notify us in writing or by email within 30 days from the order date.

RETURNS

Please get in touch and we’ll see how we can help. Sometimes we’ll be able to solve the problem over the phone or email, whilst on other occasions we might ask you to send us a photo of the item.

 We will accept returns if the item is not personalised and not damaged within 14 days of the product being dispatched. The customer will have to pay the postage to return and once we have received the item back and it is not damaged, we will refund you within 24 hours. The postage will not be refunded, you will be refunded the price of the product. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 

We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit, we recommend sending the package by Recorded or Special Delivery services.

 Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns of personalised gifts unless the products are faulty, in which case we will need you to contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please email hrgiftsandmore@outlook.com along with photos and as much information as possible and then we can either replace it or issue a full refund. 

We also have the right to ask for the item back if damaged. If the item is damaged and has been asked to be returned by us, then you will need to pay for postage to return however please get proof of postage and send us a copy within 24 hours. Once the item has been returned, we will refund you (this includes the item/postage and postage for the return) within 24 hours of receiving the items.

 Our return policy does not apply to the refusal of delivery. 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Please check your order during the order process and the confirmation email carefully as we cannot refund or cancel your order for personalised products which have been misspelt, or you have had a change of heart.

Please note that we do not proofread or check personalisation so your order/product may come blank or with a fixed design or fixed text if you do not enter any personalisation.

This website may from time to time contain hyperlinks to other websites. Such links are provided for convenience only and we take no responsibility for the content and maintenance of or privacy compliance by any linked website. Any hyperlink on our website to another website does not imply our endorsement, support, or sponsorship of the operator of that website nor of the information and/or products that they provide.

LIABILITY

To the full extent permitted by law, our liability for breach of an implied warranty or condition is limited to the supply of the goods and/or services again or payment of the costs of having those goods and/or services supplied again. We accept no liability for any loss whatsoever including consequential loss suffered by you arising from product/s we have supplied.

We endeavour to ensure all information on our website is correct, however, we do not warrant the accuracy and completeness of this. We may make changes to any information, products, descriptions and prices on our website, at any time without notice. The information and material on our website may be out of date, and we make no commitment to update. Whilst we have taken all due care in providing the information on our website, we do not provide any warranty either express or implied including without limitation warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, any condition or warranty which would otherwise be implied into these terms and conditions is excluded. We also take all due care in ensuring that our website is free of any virus, worm, Trojan horse and/or malware, however, we are not responsible for any damage to your computer system which arises in connection with your use of our website or any linked website.
