Returns

Please get in touch and we’ll see how we can help. Sometimes we’ll be able to solve the problem over the phone or email, whilst on other occasions we might ask you to send us a photo of the item.

We will accept returns if the item is not personalised and also not damaged within 14 days of product been dispatched. The customer will have to pay the postage to return and once we have received the item back and it is not damaged we will refund you within 24 hours. The postage will not be refunded, you will be refunded the price of product. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns of personalised gifts unless the products are faulty, in which case we will need you to contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please email hrgiftsandmore@outlook.com along with photos and as much information as possible and then we can either replace it or issue a full refund.

We also have the right to ask for the item back if damaged. If the item is damaged and has been asked to be returned by us then you will need to pay for postage to return so please get proof of postage and send us a copy within 24 hours. Once the item has been returned we will refund you (this includes the item and postage for the return) within 24 hours of receiving the items.
