HELIOVRA – Digital Product Refund Policy

HELIOVRA supplies downloadable digital products, including guides, playbooks, calculators, templates and related resources.
Digital Products
Because digital products can generally be accessed or downloaded immediately after purchase, HELIOVRA does not ordinarily provide refunds simply because a customer changes their mind after obtaining access to the product.
Please review the product description carefully before purchasing.
Problems With Your Purchase
If you experience a genuine problem with your purchase—for example, a file cannot be accessed, a supplied file is defective, or the product materially differs from its description—please contact HELIOVRA so that we can investigate and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, correction or other suitable remedy.

Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
