Personal-Use License

This Personal-Use License applies to all digital products purchased from Helping Boldly.

Your purchase grants you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the purchased product for your personal use or your own individual business planning.

YOU MAY:

• Download and save the purchased file for your own use.

• Print copies for your own use.

• Complete the workbook, planner, checklist, or template for your own business.

• Use the goals, plans, notes, and ideas you personally develop while completing the product.

• Store a reasonable backup copy on your personal device or private cloud-storage account.

YOU MAY NOT:

• Resell, share, give away, copy, or redistribute the original product.

• Upload the product to a website, shared drive, membership platform, marketplace, social-media group, or file-sharing service.

• Email or transfer the product to friends, family members, clients, coworkers, students, or employees.

• Modify, rebrand, or claim the product or its design as your own.

• Use the product—or any part of it—to create another workbook, template, course, planner, checklist, or digital product for sale or distribution.

• Remove copyright notices, branding, watermarks, or ownership information.

• Use one purchase for a group, organization, classroom, coaching program, or multiple users without written permission.

A separate license must be purchased for each individual user unless Helping Boldly provides written authorization for broader use.

OWNERSHIP

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership or copyright to you. Helping Boldly retains all rights, title, and interest in its products, written content, layouts, designs, graphics, branding, and other original materials.

YOUR COMPLETED WORK

You retain ownership of the personal notes, goals, answers, strategies, and business plans you create while completing the product. However, ownership of your answers does not give you permission to reproduce or distribute the underlying Helping Boldly workbook, template, layout, questions, or design.

LICENSE VIOLATIONS

Unauthorized copying, sharing, resale, redistribution, or commercial use may result in termination of your license and access to Helping Boldly products. Helping Boldly reserves the right to pursue available remedies when its intellectual property is misused.
