1. Digital Products

Helping Boldly sells digital business-planning resources, including printable workbooks, planners, checklists, templates, and educational materials.

No physical item will be shipped. Digital products are delivered electronically after successful payment.

You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and maintaining access to the device, software, and internet connection needed to download and use your purchase.

1. Payments, Pricing, and Taxes

Prices are displayed before checkout and may change at any time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been completed.

Payments are processed securely through Payhip and its payment providers, including Stripe. Helping Boldly does not directly store your complete payment-card information.

Applicable sales taxes may be calculated and collected during checkout.

1. Personal-Use License

Your purchase gives you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the digital product for your own personal or individual business-planning purposes.

You may:

• Download and save the purchased file for your own use.

• Print copies for your own use.

• Complete the workbook or planner for your own business.

• Use the ideas and plans you personally develop while completing the product.

You may not:

• Resell, share, copy, distribute, or give the digital product to another person.

• Upload the product to a website, shared drive, membership, marketplace, social-media group, or file-sharing service.

• Modify, rebrand, or claim the product as your own.

• Use any part of the product to create another template, workbook, course, or product for sale or distribution.

• Purchase one copy for use by multiple people, clients, employees, or organizations without written permission.

1. Intellectual Property

All Helping Boldly products, written content, designs, graphics, logos, branding, photographs, and downloadable materials are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual-property laws.

Except for the limited license described above, purchasing a product does not transfer ownership or intellectual-property rights to you.

1. Refunds

Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, purchases are generally final.

Please review the separate Digital Product & Refund Policy for additional details. If you experience a duplicate charge, damaged file, incorrect file, or download problem, contact Helping Boldly so the issue can be reviewed.

1. Educational Disclaimer

Helping Boldly products are provided for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment, medical, or other professional advice.

You are responsible for evaluating the information and consulting an appropriately qualified professional when necessary.

1. No Guaranteed Results

We do not guarantee revenue, profits, funding, business formation, customer growth, or any other specific result from using our products.
