I know what’s it like to be living a life created from choices that don’t feel safe, secure, or nourishing—feeling stuck in a never-ending cycle of junk food binges, emotional eating, and empty, loveless relationships created subconsciously from old patterns and a lack of authority over your life.

But I had to be honest with myself, those choices were sucking the life out of me. I was falling out of love with life and myself, trapped in a false identity, and filled with guilt and unworthiness from my self-sabotaging actions.

But I found my way back home, realigned with my Self Love, and am rebuilding my life from Scratch.

With the wisdom I gained over the years, I got CHOOSY AF about what I wanted, raised my standards, set my intentions, and released the waste in my life, allowing my lifestyle to be a reflection of my true identity, nourished through a connection to the source of life we call God.

Now living in Holy Matrimony and with a mission, I help my clients overcome the trigger of change and reconnect with their inner holistic homegirl; their essence of a natural, healthy, and whole woman through holistic nourishment, energetic realignment, and intentional living practices.
