You will also get a link to download the EPUB from BookFunnel.
This third party app helps you get the book on Kindle, Kobo or Nook devices if you are unfamiliar with the process. They also offer support.
If you don’t have a Kindle, NOOK or Kobo ereader, I suggest you use the Play Books app. As discussed here.
If you can’t find the Bookfunnel link or receipt, check your Spam folder -- or if you have Gmail, check your Promotions folder.
If you need technical help at getting your ebook on your device, you will find a Need Help? link at the top right of the page sent in the BookFunnel email. You can also email help@bookfunnel.com, they are super friendly and know about all the devices out there!
