My Mission
I created this guide because I believe that strength is the foundation of a high-quality life. My goal was to strip away the "gym-science" and the 2-hour-long "bro-splits" to give you a clear, mathematical path to becoming the strongest version of yourself.
I’ve spent hundreds of hours under the bar, studying the biomechanics of the "Big Five" and testing these recovery protocols so that you don't have to guess. I wanted to create the manual I wish I had when I first stepped into a squat rack.
