The template is available for all Notion users on both free and paid plans—just make sure you're logged into your account. While you may not be able to access all charts and graphs without a paid account, all other functions and features should work as designed.

After duplicating the template to your workspace, you can customize all sections, text, and tables. Add or remove pages to match your specific projects, and use the drag-and-drop feature to easily rearrange elements.
Important: These templates contain complex formulas, code, and automations that enhance their power and user-friendliness. To protect their structure, all databases are locked by default—preventing accidental changes like property deletions. If you need to modify a database (such as adding an option to a Select or Status property), first unlock it. Be sure to re-lock the database afterward to maintain its integrity.
