3. Licence and Permitted Use

When you purchase a digital product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable licence to use that product in accordance with these terms. Ownership and intellectual-property rights remain with Joseph Ochonu Resources.

Unless a product page states otherwise, you may:

Download and retain the purchased files.
Edit and customise templates for your own professional or business use.
Use the resources within one organisation, department or project team under your control.
Use completed or customised outputs in project delivery and client engagements.
Print reasonable copies for permitted internal use.

You may not:

Resell, redistribute, share, sublicense or give away the original or editable files.

4. Orders and Payments

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the product or checkout page. You are responsible for checking the total price before completing your purchase.

Payments, checkout and digital delivery may be processed through Payhip and its authorised payment providers. Your use of those services may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.

An order may be refused or cancelled where there is suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing error, misuse of the store or violation of these terms.

5. Product Delivery and Access

Digital products are normally made available after successful payment through the download page, customer account or purchase-confirmation email.

You are responsible for:

6. Refunds and Cancellations
