Joy Pullmann is a wife and the mother of six children, as well as executive editor of The Federalist. She is the author of "Education Invasion: How Common Core Fights Parents For Control of America's Kids," from Encounter Books, and hundreds of articles about education policy, politics, and practices. A Hillsdale College honors graduate, Joy has advised members of Congress, governors' offices, and state education officials on education policy, and testified before 14 state legislatures about curriculum, testing, data privacy, and teaching laws. Mrs. Pullmann also directs a private children's library, and helps schools develop and improve their curriculum.
