Hi, I'm Kirsty — an AuDHD coach based in Nelson Tasman, New Zealand, working with neurodivergent children, teens, adults and whānau across Aotearoa. My coaching is grounded in my own lived experience as an AuDHD parent, alongside professional training in child development, trauma, and social work.

Everything I create comes from the same place: real strategies that actually work for neurodivergent brains, not generic advice that assumes everyone thinks the same way. These resources are the tools I use with my own clients — practical, plain-language, and built to make life a little easier for the kids, teens, and adults who use them.
