• No Refunds: All sales are final. No refunds are issued on digital products.
• Credit Required: Always credit "Kitrion" (with a link to the relevant store page) when using purchased assets or avatars. Do not claim the work as your own.
• Basic Software Knowledge: A basic understanding of Blender or Unity is required. While some support is offered, extensive tutorials are not provided.
• Asset Resale Restrictions: Purchased assets cannot be resold individually. They must be included as part of a complete avatar package. Avatars using my assets cannot be sold for less than the asset's individual personal purchase price.
• Free/Nitro Usage: Unless explicitly stated as free, assets are not for use on free avatars or Nitro avatars. Free assets may be used on both free and Nitro avatars.
• Accurate Information: Provide accurate VRChat and Discord usernames at checkout. Incorrect information may result in loss of access or blocked future purchases.
• Avatar Modification Limits: Purchased avatars cannot be significantly altered to the point of unrecognizability. The original design must remain substantially intact unless you are editing an avatar base.
• NSFW Modifications: NSFW modifications to SFW avatars are permitted, but the purchaser is responsible for all associated time and effort.
• VRChat Updates: While updates will be made to address compatibility issues, older assets may not be updated due to outdated SDKs.
• Gifting: Assets and avatars must be gifted directly to the intended recipient. Purchasing for yourself and then transferring files is prohibited. If a mistake was made at the time of purchase and files have not been downloaded I may be able to accommodate. If files have already been downloaded I may not be able to assist and the products will have to be repurchased and gifted correctly at your expense.
• VTubing License: Purchased avatars and assets may be used for both personal and commercial VTubing projects. Credit Kitrion in all instances.
• Commercial Avatar Bases: Avatars built using my base models have separate personal and commercial licenses. The commercial license is only for the avatar base and must be redeemed by making a ticket in my server. Please see individual avatar listings for more specifications.
• Intellectual Property: All assets and avatars remain the intellectual property of Kitrion Licensing grants usage rights, not ownership.
• Liability: Kitrion is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of purchased assets or avatars.
• Dispute Resolution: If there is any issue, please make a ticket in the server so I may assist you there!
• Content: My content should not be used in a way that causes harm to another or be used for political content.
• TOS Changes: I reserve the right to make changes to my TOS periodically. Please always see individual listings in case they have a specific TOS
