All KnowledgeVault products are digital downloads that are delivered instantly after payment. All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. This includes cases where:

• You changed your mind after purchase
• You bought the product by mistake
• The content was not what you expected
• You did not get the job or interview result you hoped for

A free sample is available on every product page. Please review it before buying to make sure the guide suits your needs.

Payment and delivery issues

We will always fix genuine problems:

• Charged more than once for the same order: The extra payment will be refunded.
• Payment taken but no access to the product: We will give you access. If we cannot, the payment will be refunded.
• Corrupted file or file won't open: We will send you a working copy.
