These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases from the KnowledgeVault store, run by Teja Damera ("we", "us", "our"). By buying or downloading any product, you agree to these terms.

1. Products

We sell digital products, such as PDF study guides. No physical items will be shipped. Each product page describes the contents, format and any bonus files included.

2. Pricing and payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR), unless shown otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor. We do not see or store your full card, UPI or bank details.
• We may change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that are already complete.

3. Delivery

After successful payment, you receive a download link on screen and by email. Each purchase has a limited number of downloads. If you run into a genuine problem with access, contact us and we will help.

4. Licence to use

When you buy a product, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own learning and interview preparation. You may not:

• Share, forward or give the files to anyone else
• Upload the files to any website, cloud folder, Telegram/WhatsApp group or file-sharing service
• Resell, rent or redistribute the product, in full or in part
• Copy the content into your own courses, books, videos, blogs or training material
• Remove or change the copyright notice or the buyer details stamped on the PDF

Each PDF is stamped with the buyer's email address to identify the licensed copy.

5. Intellectual property

All content, including text, structure, images and design, belongs to Teja Damera and is protected by copyright law. Buying a product does not transfer any ownership or copyright to you.

6. No guarantee of results

Our products are for educational and interview-preparation purposes only. We do not guarantee any job offer, interview selection, promotion, salary or other career outcome.

7. Accuracy of content

We work hard to keep the content accurate. However, technology changes over time, and some details may become outdated or contain errors. Where needed, please also check current official documentation. If you find a mistake, let us know and we will try to correct it in a future update.

8. Updates

If a product description includes free updates, you get minor corrections and improvements to that edition for the stated period. Major new editions may be sold separately.

9. Refunds

All sales are final. Refunds are issued only for duplicate charges or failed delivery, as described in our Refund Policy

10. Misuse

If you break the licence terms, for example by sharing or reselling the files, we may cancel your access without a refund and take legal action where appropriate.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost income or lost opportunities.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you make a purchase applies to that purchase.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Vijayawada, India.
