Professional practice begins only after these levels, through our Master Practitioner and Advanced Training.
Teacher Training is a separate course, offered one year after Master level, and spans a minimum of two years.
Because your presence is the medicine.

🌿 Day 1 – Attunement + The Symbols of Expansion
This is where your Level 2 journey begins:
With a sacred attunement that opens you to new frequencies of the Reiki channel—beyond time and space.
You’ll receive three powerful Reiki symbols that shift how you connect with energy, self, and the world around you. These aren’t just tools. They are keys to expansion.
We lay the groundwork for working with energy beyond the physical—while always staying rooted in the body.
By the end of Day 1, you’ll feel newly attuned—expanded, anchored, and connected to a deeper flow of energy that lives both within you and beyond you.
🌊 Day 2 – Healing Beyond Time + Space
This is the day where you begin to experience energy beyond the limits of the physical world.
You’ll learn how to offer Reiki from a distance—how to connect with someone energetically without being in the same room, and how to follow the movement of energy without force or control. The symbols introduced on Day 1 come to life here, guiding your awareness and supporting your practice.
As you work with distance healing, you'll also start noticing subtle shifts in how you relate to space, time, and connection in everyday life. You may find yourself becoming more attuned to what’s really happening beneath the surface—within yourself, and in others.
By the end of Day 2, you’ll have opened the door to a new way of sensing, healing, and connecting. The deeper integration of this shift unfolds over time.
🌀 Day 3 – Ancestral Healing + Root-Level Shifts
Today, we turn toward the deeper layers—the patterns that live not only within us, but through us.
We explore ancestral healing as a powerful doorway into the roots of long-held beliefs, behaviours, and emotional imprints. You’ll learn how to work with the Reiki symbols to offer healing beyond your own lifetime—supporting your family line, and clearing inherited energies that may be shaping your present experience.
This work isn’t just about the past. It’s about reclaiming the space to choose your path forward, free from the unconscious weight you’ve been carrying.
By the end of Day 3, you'll have begun to feel more grounded, resourced, and connected to your place in the wider web of healing—where your own liberation creates ripples across generations.

This final day brings it all together—not as an end point, but as the beginning of your next phase.
You’ll practice offering Reiki both in-person and at a distance, weaving everything you’ve embodied so far into how you hold space, move energy, and stay centred in your truth.
We also explore what it means to walk this path in integrity. Whether you go on to practice professionally or not, this is a day to reflect, integrate, and root into the version of you that’s been emerging through the work.
By the end of Day 4, you’ll have a clearer sense of how this level of Reiki lives in you—and how to carry it forward with confidence, care, and presence.

I’m Leena Graham, a Reiki Master Teacher, intuitive therapist, and someone who has walked the long road back to herself. I’m originally from Finland, now based in the UK, and I’ve spent the last 2 decades building a life that supports the deep frequency of truth I was always meant to live.
When I found Reiki, something ancient in me woke up.
Not because it gave me a new identity. But because it gave me permission to drop the old ones.
Reiki became my way back to presence. To body. To stillness.
It helped me see that my sensitivity was a gift. That my energy was sacred.
And that I could learn to be with it—all of it—with honesty and care.
I’ve trained in an advanced lineage where becoming a teacher takes years—not weekends.
