🌿 The First Three Levels: A Return to Self
The first three levels of Reiki are for everyone.
You don’t need to want to work with others. You don’t need to feel spiritual, or be intuitive, or plan to hold space.
These three levels are for people who simply want to understand themselves as energy —
To heal, reconnect, regulate, and remember who they really are beneath the noise.
This path is especially powerful for:
- Those who never plan to work with others but want to build a deeper relationship with themselves
- Practitioners of other modalities who want to reconnect to the root of their own energetic integrity
- Future space holders who understand the necessity of doing their own deep work first
You will learn how to meet yourself in real time — emotionally, energetically, physically, and spiritually.
You’ll learn to hold yourself with depth and regulation.
And you’ll begin to embody the safety, clarity, and truth that can only come from within.
This is the true foundation of the Reiki path.

Each level of the foundational Reiki journey brings you deeper into your own energy.
This isn’t about ascending — it’s about returning. Each layer builds on the last, gently guiding you back to truth, presence, and energetic coherence.
🌱 Reiki Level 1 – Returning to the Body
The first level of Reiki is the foundation — a return to your own body, energy, and inner truth.
This is where we begin building the capacity for real safety inside. Through hands-on Reiki and embodied practices, you’ll start to connect with your system in a new way — with gentleness, presence, and awareness.
You’ll learn to:
- Begin to understand yourself as energy
- Create safety through grounded self-connection
- Practice Reiki for yourself and others
- Start exploring energetic boundaries and presence
This level isn’t about fixing. It’s about laying down roots.
A steady space to return to — again and again — no matter what life brings.
🔑 Reiki Level 2 – Expanding Beyond Time
Reiki Level 2 opens the door to the limitless nature of energy.
Building on the foundation of Level 1, this training expands your practice into emotional, ancestral, and distance healing. You’ll learn sacred symbols that deepen your channel and begin to understand how energy moves across time and space.
You’ll learn to:
- Offer distance Reiki across time, space, and lineage
- Work with ancestral patterns and emotional imprints
- Use symbols to amplify clarity, flow, and intention
- Strengthen your inner compass and energetic resilience
This level is where you begin to live the truth that energy is not bound by time or place.
You expand into a more spacious, attuned, and empowered relationship with yourself and the field around you.
🔮 Reiki Level 3 (The Master Level) – Anchoring in Truth
Reiki Level 3 is the final foundational level — where you claim your full energetic self.
This is where everything integrates: deeper embodiment, stronger channel, and the ability to hold greater energy with presence and truth.
You begin to take radical responsibility for your energy, your states, and your responses — not from pressure, but from alignment. You become the safe space you once sought.
Whether or not you work with others, this level anchors you into your truth — steady, clear, and rooted in who you are.
You’ll learn to:
- Deepen your energetic channel
- Stay grounded while holding more energy
- Integrate the journey of Levels 1 and 2
- Stand in your truth with clarity and strength
This is where Reiki becomes not just a practice — but a way of being.
Note: In this lineage, Reiki Level 3 is not a teacher level.
The Master Teacher path is a separate journey, offered by application after one year of Level 3 integration.
🔑 From Inner Work to Space Holding
For those who feel called to move into holding space for others, there are two possible pathways beyond the foundational levels
— And an additional suite of advanced studies for those wanting to deepen even further.
These next steps are for students who feel ready to begin or continue supporting others in a way that is grounded, energetically clear, and anchored in lived experience.
Reiki Master Practitioner
A 12-week course for those ready to begin offering Reiki sessions professionally.
This training focuses on structure, safety, and integrity — teaching you how to guide others through transformational healing spaces with grounded presence.
You’ll learn:
- How to structure and facilitate a session from beginning to end
- How to welcome and orient clients
- How to hold emotional and energetic space before, during, and after a session
- How to sense and work with energy in others while remaining anchored in yourself
This is the bridge between self-practice and working with others — rooted not just in skill, but in your own lived embodiment.

Reiki Master Teacher Path (Coming Soon)
For those called to teach the first three levels of Reiki, this path offers deep, long-term mentorship and integration.
To apply, you must:
- Complete all three foundational levels
- Have at least one full year of embodied practice
- Be ready to commit to a slow, relational, and integrative learning process
The Reiki Master Teacher path takes a minimum of two years and goes far beyond curriculum.
You’ll be mentored in how to hold teaching containers with depth, transmit energy clearly, and support students through the profound unfolding that this path invites.
We take our time — because transmission and integrity cannot be rushed.

Advanced Studies

For those who’ve completed Master Practitioner training, advanced courses will be available to deepen your energetic fluency and refine your ability to hold powerful, multidimensional space.

- How to track and interpret energy in clients and students
- How to understand yourself as energy — and hold space with that awareness
