I had a session with Leena last week. I found Leena to be very warm, empathic and welcoming. I felt like she truly listened to me and gave me the time that I needed. We discussed an issue I was having in my life. She helped me to notice the patterns that I had been repeating and facilitated me in realising what it is that I need to do to overcome this issue in my life so that I can move forward. I found her session to so relaxing. I felt that I had totally recharged my batteries at the end of the session. Throughout the afternoon I was noticing how great I felt and how my clarity had dramatically improved. It was amazing! I would certainly recommend Leena to anyone that has any issues to address. All my treatments I received were amazing. She has an ability to pull out old stuff that no longer serves your life.

I have just recently qualified in the reiki master practitioner training. Leena held the classes She is very professional and very knowledgeable.

Leena holds a group meditation sessions twice and month, for the full moon and new moon.

The group sometimes has people from all over the world which is lovely to know she has an international reputation.

I wouldn't really know quite how to describe Leena...except as "effective in the loveliest kind of way". Whatever she does, however she does it, it's transformative. And the process is so trusting, relaxed (dare I say "normal"?) that you're hardly aware that a shift is taking place. Until you look around (or more likely 'feel around') and you realise that something fundamental has changed. Leena is powerful in a completely unassuming manner.

Leena is an earth angel. I have been working with her for a few months now, and was initially a bit sceptical about distance healing, but now a huge believer and I have just learnt so much about energy work and myself. I am new to Reiki, I'd received Reiki but never once thought of taking any kind of course. However when Leena Graham came into my life she spoke, and when she speaks it comes from a place of utter light, love and authenticity like I'd not heard before. Leena reads my body like a book. She’s able to feel into my body and help to illuminate what is going on beneath the surface. I’ve suffered with ME for 16 years and find it very difficult to get my body into a calm and healing state, frequently depleted, wired and running on adrenaline; the nature of ME. During my sessions with Leena, she gets right into my nervous system and it feels like she literally turns off the adrenaline and cools my overactive nervous system down, whilst simultaneously being able to feel into the reasons as to why it’s so upregulated. Complex chronic illnesses require a multi faceted approach and Leena absolutely understands how the body’s systems go out of balance and form a downward spiral, which is very complex to address. Working on the energetic level is a priority for most people with such complex conditions, which baffle modern medicine.

I feel so held and supported within the sessions, there is nothing that phases Leena. She is a compassionate and gifted therapist, who can guide you and help reconnect you to the parts that have fragmented, which for chronic illnesses like ME, is so key to healing and working through the emotional and mental patterns and layers, that impact so much on physical health.

During and after the sessions we work together to look at what patterns have come up and how I can make changes/address them in between the sessions. Knowing how to intercept these deep patterns and change them, replacing with more self nurturing behaviours, that will support my health, is empowering and allows me to take an active role in my own growth and journey to wellness.

Changing our deeply ingrained wiring isn’t an overnight job, it takes commitment, self responsibility and discipline. Leena is very supportive and encouraging and she also keeps me focused, which is essential in developing new neural pathways and ways of being that support health; another priority in getting well from any chronic illness, like ME/CFS.

I hadn’t even heard of Reiki until I met Leena. Once having met Leena I had a strong desire to get to know her. It was over a cup of something that the subject of Reiki came up and I learned that Leena teaches Reiki. Two birds with one stone: getting to know Leena a little more AND something new and gnawing at my curiosity - Reiki!

At the beginning of the level 1 class I was a raw novice. I had no awareness of the universe of spirit and energy. Everything I heard from Leena made sense and somehow linked back into random thoughts and feelings I had had over my previous 79 years of conscious existence. This was very positive and I wanted more! 

Level 2 was an accelerated ongoing discovery of Reiki and myself. I began to have a conscious awareness of myself and my inner child. For me Leena has an amazing ability to both lead and support at the same time. Everything I was exposed to seemed to lead me into new thinking and new feeling. As I became more aware of myself as energy I was struggling to equate the ‘old’ me and the ‘new’ me. The new me was full of enthusiasm for Reiki. I wanted to share my enthusiasm with friends who knew nothing of Reiki. I wanted to be an ‘ambassador’ but I had to temper my enthusiasm while still in the thick learning. As I became conscious of the two ‘MEs’ I began to find it difficult to reconcile them. Leena came over the hill with the cavalry!! Empowerment! this was one-to-one with Leena in parallel with Reiki training. One to one I had nowhere to hide. Leena firmly coached me into confronting my shadows. Leena taught me to recognise my shadows and confront them. Since that time I always have a ‘mini’ Leena alongside me - nudging, encouraging, challenging, me. These days Leena just gives me an occasional gentle ‘look’ and I am back in control of myself.

I have had two ‘goes’ at Level three and I am now within one session of completing level 3. During my first ‘go’ the conflict within me erupted and I withdrew half way though. Leena gently supported me while I dealt with my things and gently encouraged me to restart Level 3. I feel so strong now and I am looking forward into a future with Reiki. I firmly believe that I will live to at least 100 and I will be actively promoting Reiki and healing with Reiki throughout my next 20 years. All because one day I met Leena and felt ‘drawn’ to get to know her.
