This notice explains how SoundHR Ltd, trading as Legally Sound HR (company number 11496118, registered office at 89 Monument Court, Woolners Way, SG1 3AE Stevenage), uses your personal data when you buy from our online store. What we collect

•          Your name and email address.

•          Your organisation name and your answers to checkout questions.

•          Your order details: what you bought, the price, the date, and any discount code used.

•          Your country and the information needed to work out tax.

•          Your emails to us, for example support or upgrade requests.

We do not receive your full card details. Payments are handled by Stripe or PayPal.

•          Payhip, which runs our online store and delivers your download.

•          Stripe and PayPal, which process payments. They act as controllers for some purposes and have their own privacy notices.

•          Our accountant, and HMRC where the law requires it.

•          Our email and IT providers.

We do not sell your personal data.

Transfers outside the UK

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they use safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.

How long we keep it

We keep order and accounting records for 6 years after the end of the financial year in which you bought, as tax law requires. We keep support emails for up to 2 years after our last contact. Marketing details are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to our use of it, or to receive it in a portable format. You can object to marketing at any time. Email info@legallysoundhr.com. We will reply within one month.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have used your data, please tell us first at info@legallysoundhr.com. We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days and tell you the outcome. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office: ico.org.uk or 0303 123 1113.
