Our products are digital downloads, delivered immediately after payment. This page summarises how refunds work. The full position is in our Terms of Sale, which take priority if there is any difference.

If a file is faulty or missing

If a file will not download or open, is corrupted, or is missing from your download, email info@legallysoundhr.com. We will fix or replace it promptly. If we cannot, we will refund you.

If you bought as a business

If a product does not materially match its description on our Store, tell us within 30 days of purchase. We will correct it, replace it or refund the price you paid.

If you bought as a consumer

You normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase of digital content. At checkout you asked for your download to be supplied immediately and confirmed that you understood you would lose this right once the download started, so the 14-day cancellation right does not apply after your download begins. Your legal rights if a product is faulty or not as described are not affected.

Changed your mind?

Because the files can be kept once downloaded, we do not normally offer refunds for a change of mind. If you think you bought the wrong product, email us: if you meant to buy the Complete AI Policy Suite, you can upgrade within 30 days and we will credit what you paid.

How to ask for a refund

Email info@legallysoundhr.com from the address you used to buy, with your order details and the reason. We aim to reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method.
