Who I am. LifeAdminDeskStudio is run by Fuz Jamall, a sole trader in the UK, 12 Station Road, Kenilworth, Warwickshire, CV8 1JJ. Contact: lifeadmindesk@gmail.com. For the personal data described here, I am the data controller.

What I collect and why. When you buy, Payhip shares your name, email address, country, order details and your checkout answers with me. I use them to deliver your files, provide support, keep the tax and accounting records the law requires, and show that you agreed to immediate download. The lawful bases are performing our contract and meeting legal obligations. I never see your full card details: payments are handled by PayPal.

Marketing emails. I'll only send you marketing emails if you've opted in, or (as an existing customer) about similar products, and every email has an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time.

Who else handles your data. Payhip (the store platform, which also deals with any EU VAT on your purchase), PayPal (payments), and Google (email). Some of these may process data outside the UK under recognised safeguards. See Payhip's privacy policy at https://payhip.com/privacy .

MailerLite (MailerLite Limited, Ireland) stores the details of people who sign up for my emails and sends those emails for me, acting as my processor; it records whether my emails are opened and links clicked. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.

How long I keep it. Order and tax records for 6 years after the end of the tax year they relate to (HMRC's requirement). Support emails for up to 2 years.

Your rights. You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask me to correct it, delete it or restrict how it's used. Email lifeadmindesk@gmail.com. If you're unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

What you write in the organisers stays with you. The PDFs and spreadsheets you fill in stay on your own device or in your own Google account. I can't see them.
