1. Products. Digital downloads (PDF and Excel files, and for some products a link to make your own copy of a Google Sheet). Nothing physical is posted.
2. Price and VAT. Prices are shown in pounds and include any VAT that applies. Payhip, our store platform, works out, collects and pays any EU VAT due on digital sales.
3. Delivery. Straight after you pay, you'll be taken to your download page and emailed a download link.
4. Cancellation. See the Refund policy. You agree at checkout to immediate download and acknowledge you lose the 14-day cancellation right. Your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed products aren't affected.
5. Licence. For personal use by you and your household. Please don't resell, share or redistribute the files or any copy link.
6. Not advice. The products are organisers for your own records. They aren't legal, financial, tax, medical or care advice, and none of them is a will, power of attorney or other legal document.
7. Law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or the EU, you keep the protections of your local consumer law.
