Your right to cancel. At checkout, you're asked to agree that your download can be made available immediately, and to confirm that you understand you then lose your 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (and the equivalent EU rules). Your order receipt confirms your agreement. Because the files are available as soon as you pay, I can't usually offer refunds if you change your mind.

If something's wrong. If a file is faulty, won't open, or isn't as described, email lifeadmindesk@gmail.com with your order number and what's wrong. I'll send a working file, and if the problem can't be fixed I'll refund you. This doesn't affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Bought the wrong item, or bought something twice? Email me within 14 days with your order number and I'll look at it case by case.

Google Sheets products. These come with a Start Here PDF containing a link to make your own copy in Google Sheets, plus an Excel file. If the link doesn't work for you, email me and I'll help or send a fixed file.

Refunds go back to your original payment method through PayPal.
