We commit to physical, verbal, and emotional non-harm.
Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or abusive behavior are not permitted in any form.

We refrain from gossip, shaming, aggressive debate, and divisive language.
3. Respect for Diversity
The sangha welcomes people of all backgrounds, identities, beliefs, and levels of practice.
Proselytizing, ideological arguments, or attempts to convert others are not appropriate within this space.
4. Personal Responsibility
Each participant is responsible for their own words, emotions, and participation.
We do not place responsibility for our healing, regulation, or decisions on other members.
5. Confidentiality and Trust
Personal sharing within the sangha is confidential.
Stories, names, and experiences shared here are not repeated outside the circle without permission.
6. No Spiritual Authority Claims
This sangha is a peer learning and practice space.
Members do not claim spiritual authority over others or present themselves as teachers unless formally invited.

Advice is offered only when requested.
Members respect boundaries around personal topics, time, energy, and availability.
8. Conflict Engagement with Care
