About Me
I am a former physical therapist and a mother who lost access to her child.
In the years that followed, I did what I knew how to do: I observed, collected data, and looked for patterns. I joined support groups, read everything I could find, and listened to parents navigating parental alienation and abduction across different countries and legal systems. What I found was consistent. The pain varied. The playbook did not.
The guides I write are built from that process. I share them because I wanted this resource when I needed it most, and it did not exist.
