Digital Products

MKActiveDigital sells downloadable digital products, including spreadsheets, planners, dashboards, guides and related digital files.

No physical product will be shipped.

Product features, included files, compatibility and intended use are described on each individual product page.

Personal Use Licence

Unless otherwise stated, all products are licensed for personal use only.

You may use purchased files for your own personal planning, organisation and training-related purposes.

You may not:

• resell or redistribute the files
• share purchased files with other people
• upload the files to file-sharing websites or public platforms
• reproduce the products for commercial purposes
• modify and resell the products
• claim the products, designs or content as your own

Purchase does not transfer copyright or ownership of the product.

Product Compatibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing product requirements and compatibility information before purchasing.

Some products are designed for use with Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel. Functionality may vary depending on software version, device or third-party platform updates.

MKActiveDigital is not responsible for changes made by third-party software providers that may affect product functionality.

Organisational Use Only

MKActiveDigital products are designed as organisational, planning and tracking tools.

They do not provide personalised coaching, medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, nutrition advice, safety advice or individual training prescriptions.

Customers remain responsible for their own decisions, training activities and use of the information entered into the products.

Digital Delivery

Digital files are made available electronically after successful payment.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining access to the device, software and internet connection required to download and use the files.

Refunds

Purchases of digital products are subject to our separate Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.

Changes will not remove statutory consumer rights that already apply to completed purchases.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MKActiveDigital is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, training outcomes, event results or decisions made using information entered into or organised with our products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
